Business Analyst - Fund Fintech - London

This is a permanent position paying up to £100,000 + bonus & benefits

twentyAI has partnered with a specialist fintech who are looking for a business analyst to come and join their rapidly growing organisation. In this role, you will be driving the facilitation of new features and products on their technology platforms by conducting analysis and testing across a portfolio of projects. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in working within wealth management/fund platforms.

Key responsibilities
  • Demonstrate leadership, to enable the reach of common goals
  • Supporting others while delivering on their own work
  • Ensuring all analysis is conducted according to the agreed levels of quality and in line with best industry practice.
  • Delivery of KPI reports and other associated information
  • Run projects in accordance with project and product development processes
  • Following and suggest improvements to both a disciplined product development process and agile development methodology
  • Lead the creation of epics, user stories and acceptance criteria for assigned initiatives
  • Act as escalation point project issues
  • Critically assess information supplied by stakeholders, challenging and providing constructive input where appropriate
  • Lead the creation of business cases, ensuring the accuracy of source material and challenging inputs of others where appropriate


Key skills
  • Previous experience as a business analyst is essential
  • Significant experience working in the mutual fund ecosystem essential
  • Exposure to wealth management/funds platform and transfer agency desirable
  • Extensive knowledge of fund operations or asset management operations is needed
  • Business Process Modelling Notation or data modelling experience is desirable
  • Proven track record of working in an agile environment
  • Direct experience working on implementing or building a large technology platform, ideally from the ground up.
