Role overview

As Admin Support for our client - a Global Investment bank, you will carry out a variety of administrative tasks and provide day to day support to the management team.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
  • Fluent French speaker
  • Arranging logistics for predominantly Paris-based roadshows and client events/conferences and support with administrative tasks such as arranging flights, expense reimbursements etc.
  • Travel to Paris when local ground support is needed
  • A good awareness of Paris geographically
  • Good interaction skills with clients and other vendors for coordination purposes
  • Setting up meetings and conference calls for senior managers
  • Setting up calls/webinars over Zoom
  • Record keeping of conferences/ meetings, and real time participant management.
  • Diary management for senior managers
  • To interact with external parties from different geo-locations
  • Mail Inbox management - simultaneously monitoring and managing multiple mailboxes
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining reports and decks for senior managers
  • Secondary research and fact finding using the open web

Experience and Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to confidently use MS Office to a good standard (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Very well versed with Zoom and setting up calls/webinars
  • Internet savvy - aptitude for data gathering and fact finding from various secondary resources
  • 2+ Years' previous administrative experience in a similar role and preferably with a Bank
