The base
We moved into our new HQ in the City of London in 2018. We're close to our clients, in the heart of the UK's financial centre. And we have everything we need to work flexibly.

The team
The Data Management group comprises 4 teams, Client & Portfolio (C&P), Instrument, Index/Benchmark and Pricing data. The group is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of data to facilitate the Investment and client reporting processes.

What you'll do
• Set up and maintenance of all types of related data required for Investment, Distribution, Portfolio Services and Risk/Legal/Compliance.
• Working closely with internal business areas and IT for local data requirements
• Prioritising and dealing with requests for the revision of Data
• Support the availability and quality of Data into the security master
• Development of quality control checks to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• Working closely with Data colleagues in Singapore and New York
• Ensuring Procedures and Processes are always current

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
• Degree or equivalent or previous Data Management experience
• Have a broad understanding of Instrument and reference data
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Good communication skills- written, presentational and verbal

The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help
• IOC/IMC
• Experience of using Data Vendors i.e. Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Factset
