Overview of Responsibilities
- Support the drafting of investment models for both equity and debt real estate opportunities;
- Involvement in property transactions and portfolio management;
- Assist with the drafting of deal summaries for the senior investment team;
- Collate, organise and present market data including transaction flows, capital market trends and key transactions;
- Actively updating the investment pipeline and managing the deal flow;
- Building investment committee reports;
- Attending and participating to onsite meetings with service providers including agents, architects, building managers and contractors;
- Assisting Asset Managers in asset management budget, reporting and specific value-add initiatives.
Desired Skills & Experience
- A previous internship experience in real estate, real estate debt, private debt or private equity is recommended
- A self-starter, open minded and proactive attitude
- Flexible mindset capable of multitasking and able to coordinate a variety of workstreams
- A genuine interest for real estate investments
- Excellent mathematical proficiency coupled with good verbal and writing skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office pack, especially Excel/VBA
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Proficiency in English required; a second European language is an advantage
