As part of a key growth engine for the firm, you'll be invited to continue building the platform that is shaping the future of Alts investing by creating and evolving innovative investment ideas and tech solutions on a team that continuously outperforms - setting new standards.

Grow your career with the firm that's building tomorrow's alternatives platform, backed by a purpose that drives positive outcomes for our clients, our investments and the communities we serve.

Introduction to BlackRock's Global Capital Markets:

BlackRock's Capital Markets ("BCM") function operates across the entirety of the firm's investment platform to provide our investors the ability to access primary issuance markets, source across the capital structure and unlock greater alpha opportunities for the benefit of our clients. Covering the full spectrum of public and private markets, BCM offers a centralized function for sourcing and syndication, financing, co-investment and corporate solutions activities. The team also executes all engagements for the Investment Stewardship team (BIS). This role requires liaising between BlackRock investment teams, corporates and the sell-side brokers organising these interactions leveraging BlackRock's scale and brand to facilitate first class engagement opportunities.

  • Build relationships with Corporate Investor Relations teams with a view to maximising corporate access across the C-suite and divisional management for BlackRock investment teams

  • Work with broker corporate access teams to seamlessly execute NDRs via the CorpAxe platform
  • Develop ongoing knowledge of PM and analyst coverage in allocated sector and/ or region to plan results season roadshow schedule and curate bespoke field trip agendas in line with teams' investment strategy and philosophy. Experience within TMT and Consumer sectors is an advantage
  • Maintain data related to corporate access engagement, usage rates by investment teams, and broker scorecards to facilitate an end to end technology solution with a high level of data integrity
  • Contribute to BlackRock's fiduciary culture of providing the highest quality service to our clients
  • The role is based in London but will require strong co-ordination with the two other regional corporate access teams in New York and Hong Kong.
