A high profile fintech that is currently scaling out their UK operations within the capital markets landscape is currently on a very exciting growth journey. With a new marketing director building out a new marketing, digital and design function, the creative visual designer will be instrumental in helping launch the organisation's brand.
Your highly dynamic day to day will include taking on full ownership, responsibility and delivery of all visual creation activity across multiple channels, including social media, online advertising, sales support and marketing collateral for events. Visual content will include slide decks, infographics, social media, animation and copywriting. This will be an individual contributor type of role where hands on execution will be part of the core responsibilities.

- 3+ years commercial visual/creative/digital design experience, ideally within a B2B environment.
- A demonstrated portfolio of stunning creative visuals.
- Hands on visual design skills, ideally with the Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative software.
- Strong understanding of content across brand, marketing and digital marketing channels.
- A passion for joining a fast growing, collaborative fintech environment!
