  • Leverage cloud-native technologies for application development and deployment (Docker, Redis, GitLab CI/CD, AWS)

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Industry experience (5+ years) as a software engineer, with expertise in Python, Javascript/TypeScript, Java, C/C++, or a similar language.
  • Experience building dynamic web application backends (Python) and frontend UIs (React, Redux, and/or Angular).
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented software design, data structures, algorithms, and problem solving.
  • Experience writing production-quality code and developing complex user-facing software systems that were successfully delivered to customers.
  • Experience with cloud-native application development and deployment.
  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with WebSockets for implementing asynchronous client/server communications.
  • Experience with gRPC and protobufs.
