The company has experienced consistent organic growth and is now looking to make a series of strategic acquisitions, in line with their recent and substantial development capital raise. The company is now seeking a CFO to partner the CEO and lead the buy & build strategy, along with implementing robust financial processes and frameworks that are suitable for a group environment. This is an outstanding opportunity to play an integral part in the new strategy and lead a high percentile exit.
THE ROLE:

The company is now seeking a CFO to partner the CEO and lead the buy & build strategy, along with implementing robust financial processes and frameworks that are suitable for a group environment. THE ROLE:
- Contribute to developing the strategic agenda and financial planning of the business and its execution
- Identification, planning and execution of acquisition targets including the integration process
- Leading the finance function and oversight of all operational finance activity, including month end and board reporting, audit, and all year end activity
- Prepare and present the board pack materials to internal and external stakeholders including investors
- Managing and developing a finance team, acting as a visible face of the business both internally and to external parties
- Ensuring that robust frameworks and systems are in place to accommodate continued rapid growth
- Develop the investor narrative and brand image
- Present regular insightful management information, including market analysis, budgets, forecasting and necessary commentary
- Establish and ensure the adherence to financial processes that meet the statutory requirements of the organisation
- Managing and developing relationships with investors and key stakeholders across the business
- Model financial climate scenarios and market trends to assist senior executives in creating strategic plans
THE REQUIREMENTS:
- Fully Qualified Chartered Accountant
- Prior Professional Services/Consulting industry exposure
- Strong M&A/buy & build track record
- International experience is a benefit
- Experience working in a private equity setting
