Morgan McKinley's Office Support team are recruiting for a Permanent Social Media Manager to work with our client based in Brighton. The main purpose of this role will be responsible to work as part of the Brand and Marketing team to develop, plan and implement, and be responsible for our B2C and B2B social media strategy across all business functions. The Social Media Manager will create an organic strategy with some elements of paid to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Formulate our social media strategy and implement the strategy across all social channels
- Planning and writing posts in line with wider content and campaign plans, both for B2C and B2B audiences depending on the platform
- Creating and manage paid campaigns
- Become the go-to for internal stakeholders to help build social media as an extension to existing marketing campaigns, providing insight, budget options and estimated return against objectives
- Ensuring social media posts are delivered effectively on the right channels, to the right audience and at the right time, ensuring they're in line with organisational goals and business objectives
- Ensuring consistency of messaging and brand tone of voice across social media
- Seeking out opportunities to create new relationships with influencers, partners and brands, working alongside our PR agency
- Working with our creative team to oversee the design of our social media accounts to cohesively showcase the brand
- Increasing our followers and member engagements by generating, editing, publishing and sharing great regular content
- Participating in creative ideas sessions for social media and marketing content
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- B2B and B2C experience
- Extensive knowledge of managing Social Media platforms, in particular Facebook and LinkedIn will be essential
- Degree-level education or CIM/IDM qualification
- Wide range of digital marketing knowledge, with understanding how Social Media works within the marketing mix
- Understanding and practical knowledge of Google Analytics, ePrivacy Laws, GDPR and Cookie Management Tools
- Experience in planning and managing Social campaigns, managing budget and reporting on results
- Demonstrate high level awareness of social media and market trends that would contribute to marketing plans
- Competent in using Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- CRM experience
- Highly numerate and analytical, must have the ability to interpret data and statistics and build recommendations for future improvements
