Investment Support Analyst - TCA

Our client is a global asset management firm who require an investment support analyst. You will be primarily working alongside the TCA Analyst providing analysis to dealing desk. Additional responsibilities from Investment Support may be directed to this role, as resourcing capabilities allow.
Your role will sit within the Investment Support team, which is part of the wider Operations and IT team. Investment Support take on many different administrative and analytical tasks, ranging from directly supporting the investment management process, providing fund analysis and operational oversight.
Role Responsibilities• Continue to develop and enhance current capabilities so that they may be maintained with less effort going forward
• Ensure solutions are comprehensive, robust and well-documented
• Production of reporting as required on a periodic and ad hoc basis
• Daily outlier reporting for Equity and Fixed Income
• Weekly outlier reporting for Convertible Bonds
• Monthly TCA analysis across Equity, Fixed Income and Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD)
• Assist in quarterly Anti-Dilution Levy reviews
• To develop a broad understanding of BMO's dealing capabilities across all asset types. Enable better understanding of what metrics are desirable and foster a growing sense of engagement with the output.
• Attend periodic meetings with vendors
• Attend meetings of the Dealing Oversight Committee and other internal meetings as required.
To be successful in this role you will have...
• Relevant work experience within an asset management company or investment bank
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject
• Industry qualification such as IMC or CFA
• Working with large data
• Advanced Excel
• VBA and Macros
• Bloomberg
• Sharepoint
• PowerBI
• thinkFolio
• Team player
• Ability to prioritise own workload
