As a Barclays Qualitative Research Executive, you join an incredible team of in-house researchers and designers. This is a diverse team of creative and strategic minds. What will you be doing?
• Delivering high quality research projects, supporting the Senior Qualitative Research Manager and Head of Qualitative Research Practice
• Managing work load in support of other team members across multiple projects
• Taking ownership of delivering your own end to end research projects including taking a research brief, writing a proposal, facilitation, analysis, report writing and presentation
• Working within a strict budget, maintain cost controls and demonstrate excellent value for money
• Following best practice, including keeping abreast of latest thinking, tools and methodologies, balancing the required rigor with fast paced product development
• Gaining knowledge of the strategy for Barclays UK's Qualitative Research team and actively promoting the vision and passion for research

What we're looking for:
• Excellent organisation skills and project management skills, to ensure that all projects run smoothly
• Ability to work closely with 3rd parties, including recruitment partners to set up fieldwork and oversee recruitment
• Excellent interactive listening and communication skills to engage with customers, peers & stakeholders
• Be willing to travel for qualitative fieldwork (within the UK). Reasonable adjustments can be made if required

Skills that will help you in the role:
• Moderating qualitative research such as one to one depth interview and focus groups
• Familiarity or interest in one or more of the following areas: ethnography, semiotics, behavioural science, neuro-science
