As a Barclays FLM External Engagement Senior Manager, you will work in a centre of excellence covering a book of work includes the production of ILAAP, Contingency Funding Plans, liquidity inputs to Recovery and Resolution plans as well as the delivery of one-off large-scale regulatory programmes, such as Funding in Resolution. What will you be doing?
• Heading the execution and delivery of Group and material legal entity ILAAP as per UK and EU regulatory requirements
• Collaborating with legal entities to manage the drafting of Crises Response plans including Contingency Funding Plans, Liquidity Facility Testing, Recovery and Resolution Plan inputs
• Heading key projects for the Funding and Liquidity team including Funding in Resolution
• Interpreting regulatory notifications on ILAAP and Recovery / Resolution and drive compliance of regulatory changes
• Heading the regulatory engagement for US and UK regulators for all liquidity matters working closely with the regulatory relations team
• Liaising with subject matter experts (in FLM, Risk and other functions), as well as Technology to define key work stream deliverables and timelines
• Ensuring robust governance is adhered to and represent the CoE in senior management meetings
• Analysing and presenting outputs into concise executive summary materials for senior stakeholders

What we're looking for:
• Experience in a Treasury or Liquidity Risk Management function
• Experience of working on ILAAPs with excellent writing and presentation skills
• Previous experience of Managing high performance teams
• Excellent planning, time management and organisational abilities

Skills that will help you in the role:
• Experience of managing / working on a large-scale change or regulatory deliverable
• Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders
• Experience with data gathering, storage, analytics and visualisation tools
• Advanced level of know-how with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
