Key Responsibilities

- Collect, calculate, and report on the performance of all asset classes in which the investment funds invest, to including: public equities, fixed income, real estate, credit, private equity and infrastructure.
- Produce accurate and timely performance data and reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis within mandated timeframes.
- Prepare presentation of performance data to a high standard.
- Liaise with client management and internal stakeholders to ensure reporting meets all requirements.
- Coordinate stakeholders and provide support (reporting design, control framework, production processes).
- Ad hoc reporting projects requested of the Investment Performance & Analytics team.
- Ability to identify and develop process improvements and efficiencies in the team and for clients and internal stakeholders.
Background & Experience:
- Strong cross-functional and business collaboration skills are required to work effectively with multiple teams.
- Good knowledge of investment management together with a clear interest in investment funds.
- Progress towards the CFA is preferable but not essential.
- A self-starter with a strong understanding of reporting analytics.
- Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information
- A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality.
- Effective communication skills including the ability to influence and build good working relationships at all levels both internally and externally
- Strong understanding and experience of MS Office suite with advanced Excel skills.
- A confident yet approachable style. Ability to resolve issues in an appropriate manner.
- Pro-active attitude and willing to take responsibility for tasks.
