Operations Change Analyst

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing hands on input and challenge during the problem statement articulation, planning and execution phases of an assigned portfolio of change initiatives
• Developing, collaborating, and executing change delivery activities that align to the Global Operations and Business Services Operational and Risk & control frameworks
• Responsible for execution of assigned portfolio of Strategic Change Programs by working closely with key stakeholders and program managers, addressing issues and ensuring delivery of project activities
• Identifying gaps and offering creative solutions to sub-optimal operational processes to drive revenue, reduce risk and improve client satisfaction
• Influencing various stakeholders and building strong relationships

You will need to have the following:

• Experience working with commodities products
• Strong knowledge of Capital Markets
• 3 years + experience working in commodities operations
• Knowledge of products including FX, derivatives, or fixed income- beneficial
• Knowledge of processing systems such as Murex and Calypso
