What you'll be doing Data Analysts within FinCrime work extremely closely with our Data Scientists & Machine Learning Engineers to build out products to detect and reduce fraud across our banking platform. Whether it's Transaction Monitoring, Screening or Know Your Customer (KYC), or our custom Fraud Risk Scoring - it's all built in-house and it all falls within this team.
More specifically within the FinCrime team, you will focus on the following activities:
  • Understand our business and its processes through our data
  • Apply this understanding and knowledge of data to help product and services teams
  • Design key metrics to measure different aspects of the business
  • Create and maintain new aggregated views and tables to simplify data querying
  • Maintain and create new dashboards to track metrics and visualize insights
  • Promote data literacy across the company, organize and hold workshops
What you'll need
  • Previous experience in an analytical role, working alongside Data Scientists
  • Strong background / education in a quantitative discipline
  • Great skills with Python, SQL or other programming languages
  • Knowledge of version control, model deployment, developer environments
  • Evidence of strong mathematical & statistics knowledge
Nice to have
  • Advanced degree in a core STEM subject
  • Strong experience with additional programming languages (such as: Java, Scala, C ...)
  • Previous experience in anti fraud departments
  • School/University Olympic medal competitions in: Physics, Math, Economics or Programming
Compensation range
  • Lithuania: €4,900 - €7,300 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
