We are currently looking for a Business Analyst for outreach and execution for Uncleared Margin Rules.

About the role

Within this role, you will have capability of understanding regulatory rulesets in detail, performing analysis and subsequent action plans to support the changes needed for compliance. You will be required to analyse and dissect large data sets, designing and creating metrics for key stakeholders. There will also be coordination with internal groups to ensure all client documentation is completed in advance of regulatory deadlines.

Who are we looking for?

Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong educational background - Degree (Masters would be an advantage)
  • Expertise in Business Analysis developed in a Banking environment
  • 8 years' relevant experience, with good knowledge of financial markets, swap products and uncleared margin regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrable track record of self-direction, analytical and gap analysis and remediation
  • Detail orientated
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of seniority
  • Client facing and stakeholder management experience, ideally with an outreach focus
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with good relationship building and engagement skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for PIVOT tables, vLookups & macros, as well as Word and PowerPoint
