Are you a top performing analyst in a bank or a strategy consultant working long hours and feeling like you want something different? Or are you at the Big 4 or a small boutique and not really feeling part of a close-knit team all working for eachother?

Our client is one of the market leaders in helping banks gain a competitive advantage using intelligent data. Partnering with leading banks, they help benchmark and compare data across various products to produce market-leading solutions.

This is no 'run of the mill' data company; a few years ago Oliver Wyman's Head of Banking was hired to drive this client analytics business and currently nearly every major investment and corporate bank buys their products. Associates within this team not only will get to learn from exceptional people but they will work directly with 'Heads of' all over a banking business on a daily basis... this is not something you get access to every day!

There are small teams within this company and everyone is passionate about helping clients and helping to improve the performance of their business. Work is collegiate and the business prides itself by offering a good work-life balance. People are trusted to get their work done to their own schedule.

Their revenue comparison product is one of the best in the market and they partner with other consulting firms such as McKinsey with their work. This role would suit somebody who is comfortable modelling data in a basic way though we are not looking for a modelling/analytics expert. This is a well-rounded role that will involve project management and communication with clients every day, especially presenting the 'story' from their analysis.

We are looking for:

1. Strong graduates with 2-5 years' analytical skills picked up from a major FS business or consulting firm. If not in FS, this person needs to have a special interest in banking and demonstrate this at interview

2. Someone who enjoys solving complex business problems

3. A passion for the banking sector and its current trends

4. An ability to hold your own in a room with a Head of Trading or Head of Sales at a top bank; one big plus to this role is the relationships this business has and the level of engagement
