Milestone Group is experiencing significant interest in its solutions globally, and to support this exceptional growth is searching for an Implementation Consultant in its London office.

The successful candidate will:

The successful candidate will, as part of our London-based implementation team, work on new client implementations, upgrades, and the delivery of new functionality to existing clients that will support the expanded use of pControl both functionally and geographically. The successful candidate will experience a varied role that includes:
  • Operating model / solution design.
  • Project management.
  • Information analysis and documentation.
  • Development of testing methodologies.
  • Conduct and document functional testing; support client testing
  • Client and prospect interaction.


Experience & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years comprehensive business analysis experience with a track record of key participation in technology implementation projects and a strong understanding of the asset management and fund operations space.

This role requires an appropriate mix of related business and technology skills. These include:
  • Financial services industry experience (at least 3 years) with solid exposure to investment operations and / or custodian environment.
  • Experience in implementing software in large financial institutions across multiple sites.
  • Experience in analyzing information / data, identifying patterns / anomalies, assessing implications and formulating solutions.
  • Experience and working knowledge of implementation lifecycle and testing methodologies.
  • Experience of liaising / working in a client environment.
  • Experience with high volume / large processing systems.
  • Experience and appreciation of implementation into a production environment.
  • Ability to produce high quality documentation.
  • pControl experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage priorities and effectively time manage.
  • Self motivation, be robust and able to work under pressure.
  • Professional manner and excellent inter-personal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • SQL / data query experience.
  • Ability and desire to learn / understand complex business processes.
  • Flexible approach to work in a growing entrepreneurial environment.
  • Willingness to travel within EMEA as and when required.
