A well known B2B Financial Services brand is looking to further scale their digital capabilities. As part of their organic growth journey the business is bringing on a dedicated Digital Marketing Manager to help drive a more digital & data driven culture within the wider channel marketing departments.

This opportunity will include both digital channel management and executional skills from a top of the funnel perspective - focusing predominantly across B2B integrated campaigns. You will be a martech and digital savvy specialist who will have subject matter expertise of various martech platforms within a complex, matrix environment that is highly collaborative and open to change. A lot of your commercial role will revolve around stakeholder buy-in and influence alongside day to day digital marketing & optimization activities.

With the support of digital analytics and tag management resources, this role will have ownership and investment + budget already allocated to various ongoing initiatives based in EMEA & APAC regions. Your highly dynamic day to day will include various digital projects including: platform and website (AEM) migrations, end to end Salesforce CRM ownership, Marketing Automation, Campaign optimization (google analytics).

The ideal candidate will bring:
  • 5+ years commercial experience within a digital marketing, digital optimization, marketing automation, campaign delivery or similar type of role.
  • A strong understanding of the banking, financial, capital or investment management sector is a plus, but any corporate or highly compliant/regulated B2B industry experience will be key.
  • A desire to step into a corporate environment with plenty of international exposure and internal opportunities.
  • Technical hands on execution skills with Salesforce CRM, Google Analytics & Adwords, AEM & Marketo (or similar enterprise B2B marketing/digital platforms)
