We are thrilled to be recruiting a Senior Digital Marketing Manager with asset management experience for a permanent opportunity based in London.

You will be responsible for helping drive the digital marketing strategy in EMEA and the US to build an agile and strategic approach to digital marketing with particular emphasis on email campaign marketing, social media management and paid strategies to drive traffic to a corporate website.

You will lead the development, production, and optimization of the digital marketing campaigns working with the head of marketing to develop a digital marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities for the role are -
  • Design, implement & optimise engaging and innovative customer experience programs, including emailing and social media, data management, content planning and sign-off processes, with support from the broader marketing team
  • Responsible for global marketing campaigns through paid media and search to drive the best results for the business, including managing content and imagery
  • Manage the marketing relationship with the selected digital agency
  • Implement and oversee social media accounts to build brand equity and support business objectives, including managing content, imagery, and reporting
  • Collaborate with the website team to deliver a seamless on-site experience, aligning paid and organic programs as well create client centric campaign pages
  • Keep on top with new marketing automation best practice and new capability and improving CRM practices
  • Responsible for managing, monitoring, and tracking the digital marketing budget for EMEA and the US

You will be an experienced and proactive Digital Marketing professional with experience of working in asset management, with strong technical knowledge and experience in working with a CRM and marketing automation systems.

Experience of managing an approach to always-on SEM, database marketing, social media, and digital advertising campaigns and designing and implementing personalisation and testing programs.

You will have previous experience in managing and implementing digital performance media programs (SEM, Display, Social) and using Salesforce, Pardot, desktop publishing, campaign management and reporting

The ability to develop actionable business opportunities from analysis of data is essential.
