One of the most renowned Renewable Infrastructure Managers is on the precipice of significant growth and needs a Director of Corporate Administration to oversee the operational management of the company.

The Location: Westminster - Hybrid model
The Opportunity:
One of the most renowned Renewable Infrastructure Managers is on the precipice of significant growth and needs a Director of Corporate Administration to oversee the operational management of the company.
The Responsibilities:
- All fund governance oversight
- Oversee the various sub-teams of asset classes across infrastructure, renewables, ESG etc.
- Cover the central reporting back to compliance and investor reporting - prepare quarterly risk management reports
- Oversee the service provider relationships
- Run system integration projects
- Get involved in Business Development and New Fund/Mandate set up
The Requirements:
- Has held a senior level Operational / Fund Governance Oversight position within a smaller scaled Asset Manager
- Exceptional relationship management ability
- Background in Infrastructure Assets - renewables and ESG preferred but not necessary
- Extensive experience across Funds Governance (15+ Years')
