• Ability to generate insights from data, assess the commercial / financial impact and recommend action; ability to translate insights into a clear story

Skills that will help you in the role:
• Ability to communicate within your peer-group and upwards (e.g. summarising results succinctly to senior stakeholders and peers)
• Excellent grasp of statistical techniques (e.g. familiarity with: measurements of mean and variance, multivariate regression, confidence intervals, hypothesis testing and etc.)
• Enthusiastic and effective when it comes to turning your insight into action
• Functional understanding of how a consumer lending product functions and how the key parts of its P&L might interact

Where will you be working?
Northampton was the birthplace of Barclaycard in 1966 and we've been based in Pavilion Drive since the building opened in 1997.
We purchased the building from the landlord in early 2018 as a sign of our commitment to investment in Northampton. Plans to further develop this Campus-style location are under way to allow for a real collaborative work environment. Based just off the A45 it is easily accessible by both car and bus routes.
