Data Quality is at the heart of its responsibilities. Teamwork & collaboration with Property Managers, Asset Managers, Financial Controllers are key success factor for this role as well as supporting transversal processes such as Asset Budget campaign, Budget vs actuals analysis, and all added value analysis that could help AXA IM Real Asset to strengthen its Asset performance monitoring

The position is based in Madrid.

Operational scope : UK, Irland, Nordics and Italy Asset portfolio

Key Accountabilities :
  • This position is a perfect entering job in European leader of Real Asset Management, it will allow to work with all business & support team of the company and will be a safe first step to evolve in other jobs in a second step.
  • Produce regular reporting leveragin Asset data to monitor Asset Portfolio performance.
  • Coordinate Asset Budget campaign and Asset vs Actuals reviews
  • Ensure exhaustivity of Asset data collection (Property Reporting Package) in a timely manner and handle the relationship with external partners (Property Managers)
  • Garanty Asset Data quality through a meticulous controlling process and leveging tools for automated reviews.
  • Build a strong relationship with Property Managers in order to improve their reactivity and data quality improvement overtime (corrections and best practices adoption)
  • Produce a monthly reporting on Data Quality allowing AXA IM RA to acknowledge data accuracy and improvement plan to be launched with PM
  • Organize, produce, animate the process for arrears & litigation review with Asset Management
  • Contribute to AXA IM RA transversal projects and execute small projects around Asset data
  • Become a proactive relationship with Asset Management, proposing analysis and action plan to improve Asset performance

Role Requirement:

Education
  • Engineer degree, Finance degree, or Master's degree equivalent

Work Experience
  • 2 to 3 years experiences
  • Consulting or audit experience is preferred
  • Project Management experience is appreciated

Skills and competencies
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Advance level in Excel
  • Knowledge on a BI tool appreciated
  • English mandatory
