  • Create audit workpapers, draft findings and other documents effectively summarising analytical processes and assessments.
  • Embrace new ways of working including Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Scrum and Kanban), enabling regular and continuous product and service improvements for customers and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the cyber threat landscape and know how to operationally respond to the major threats for their role.
  • Keep up with the pace of change, giving us the ability to come up with an idea, make a prototype quickly, test with stakeholders and then pilot.
  • Have an awareness/understanding of how to use big data, statistics and data modelling to improve stakeholders offerings.
  • Work together to maximise the timeliness, quality and outcome of a piece of work.
  • Demonstrate personal resilience whilst managing risk by failing fast and implementing the learnings. They prefer to focus on innovation and speed over predictability.
