Your team
You will be working in Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance (GCRG) within our Market Conduct Taxonomy (MCT) team. MCT's mandate includes monitoring external and regulatory developments, setting policy requirements, providing training and guidance for internal stakeholders, external engagement and performing second line of defense challenge and oversight focused on market conduct risks.

Your expertise
• extensive experience in compliance/ risk control within a global bank with strong business and regulatory knowledge
• demonstrable experience and confidence in working with global stakeholders
• demonstrable experience designing controls frameworks and driving innovation and change
• expert in compliance and operational risk control
• prior experience of development of IT solutions and data analytics techniques will be an asset
• strong problem solving/ analytical skills
• proven ability to work collaboratively and deliver on time
