About the team

You will be a part of fast paced and growing SMB & Mid market Introducer Business development team within Worldpay. You will be targeted on developing the relationship with our exciting introducer partners within the SMB & Mid Market sectors to provide leads into the field sales team. You will work closely with the SME / Mid Market field sales teams and Go To Market function as well as Technical and Product teams.

What you will be doing

You will be accountable for managing Worldpay's Introducer partners with commitment to deliver incremental leads into the field sales BD teams. You will be in charge to maximise an existing portfolio considering revenue and ROI.

You will develop long term partnerships as well as being on hand to support their payment needs and their broader long term business strategy.

You will be developing additional cross-product opportunities with the introducer partners, driving further value and Income growth for Worldpay. You will collaborate with introducers to drive innovation, our roadmap and an ongoing leading Worldpay value proposition. You will also be working closely with our products team to ensure product feedback is passed to aid with future developments.

  • Being the principle point of contact for your introducers
  • Driving frequent commercial-oriented and roadmap-oriented dialogue with on-site visits (e.g. Quarterly Business Reviews) and driving follow-up activities
  • Being the subject matter expert
  • You will develop knowledge of the payments industry, and that of Worldpay and its solutions, vision and direction. You will develop and maintain sufficient knowledge to be the trusted advisor and payment industry expert to our partners and customers, able to advise introducers on optimizing the use of Worldpay services
What you bring:
  • Account Management Experience with tracking record of developing existing relationships
  • Experience in payments /finance / software (verticalization focus a benefit)
  • Deep knowledge of various operating models around merchant or partner introduction, on boarding, compliance, contracts.
  • Problem solving skills
