About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Secured Lending Relationship Manager...

In this role, you will:
  • Lead or participate in building and maintaining effective relationships with new clients and third party providers within Secured Lending Relationship Management functional by designing and implementing a solution that meets the customers needs
  • Review and analyze client's financial status
  • Independently resolve moderately complex loan queries
  • Lead a team to meet Secured Lending Relationship Management functional area business objectives while leveraging solid understanding of Secured Lending Relationship Management functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Including ensuring the team meets all deadline and provides prompt service to customers
  • Collaborate and consult with Secured Lending Relationship Management peers, colleagues, and middle level managers to resolve client issues and achieve business objectives
  • Initially to manage a small portfolio of clients of your own in addition to other responsibilities
  • Manage the problem loan accounts with the respective Relationship Manager
  • To be credit approver for certain credit decisions
Required Qualifications, International:
  • Experience in Secure Lending Relationship Management for a minimum 4 years, or equivalent

    Experience of insolvency/collect outs in the UK market

    Experience of both report writing and verbal presentations
Desired Qualifications:
  • Qualification in financial related area or evidence of significant practical experience in financial analysis
