- Present ideas and designs
- Work with business and system analysts
- Support the development and testing teams
- Identify and troubleshoot UX/UI problems
- Work alongside the Head of Creative and the CX Team
- Supporting the Digital team with the day-to-day activities
- UI & UX design experience across mobile and web
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
- Experience creating artwork and preparing assets for digital products.
- Awareness of technical SEO best practices
- Experience using tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe CS
- Understanding of online usability analysis tools.
