About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Commercial Banking Products Consultant, responsible for Business Development of Wells Fargo's Global Receivables and Trade finance sales in EMEA in conjunction with our Corporate and Investment Banking teams in region

In this role, you will:
  • The role will be responsible for Business Development of Wells Fargo's Global receivables and trade finance Sales and origination activities in EMEA region in conjunction with our Corporate and Investment Banking teams in the region.
  • The focus of the position is to market Wells Fargo's trade proposition to customers and prospects of the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) and other relationship groups engaged in trade finance in the EMEA region as well as to the international exporters in the region.
  • Incumbent will be responsible for the growth of the business across different segments, accountable for P&L management, Sales, enhancement of product development in conjunction with product team, focus on client delivery and marketing.
  • Sales responsibilities:
    • Responsible for revenue, returns and market growth in the clients they cover.
    • Identify multi product and country trade finance solutions for clients
    • Work and collaborate with CIB to identify top trade prospects
    • Build solid relationships with at all levels within clients and prospects.
    • Devise sales strategies, performance metrics, financial planning to increase GRT EMEA revenue growth
    • Conduct and participate in business development, training and customer conferences.
    • Work closely with global teams and help support transactions, clients with their cross regional flows and coordination.
  • Manage existing client's relationships, maximize penetration with them, while identifying new prospects in collaboration with the respective line of businesses.
  • End to end ownership with internal and external stakeholders
  • Represent GRT in the various committees in EMEA including credit, coverage, compliance, operations and support senior management in financial planning for the region.
  • Identify any new product solutions which would be required to grow the business in region with elaborate business cases. Work with GRT product management to drive implementation as required.
  • Partner closely with LOBs, Ops, Legal, compliance and other internal team members to support the clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with GRT team members in other locations to support transactions for clients.
  • Participate and contribute in internal office and group meetings to best represent our GRTF Team value proposition to our colleagues within CIB, CB and WF Commercial Capital.
  • Represent Wells Fargo at external industry conferences (as required)
Required Qualifications, International:
  • Experience in Commercial Banking Products, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • MBA or BA (or equivalent) preferred.
  • Working knowledge of credit analysis, bank and country risk analysis and working capital efficiency (DPO & DSO)
