Main Responsibilities:
Background
- Key member of the Executive Management Team responsible for setting business strategies and goals
- Assist with formulating, establishing and implementing investment strategies, including the implementation of financing strategies
- Assist the Investment Directors with deal sourcing and relationship management
- Utilise previous experience and contacts to provide market information and advice relating to structuring and execution of investments to drive growth and build AUM
- Review and analyse investment opportunities presented as part of the investment committee for formal approval
- Provide leadership, inspiration and direction
- Build, motivate and gain the commitment of a highly competent and professional investment team
- Maintain strong relationships with key investors and joint-venture partners
Background
- Demonstrable track record of real estate investment across a number of key markets (e.g., UK, Dach, Western European and CEE)
- Min 15-20+ years relevant real estate investment experience
- Demonstrable track record in all asset classes - this could be across logistics, beds or commercial assets
- Strong experience on operational real estate required
- Sound leadership and management skills with impeccable integrity
- Demonstrable success in developing, articulating and designing strategies and structures to optimize property/portfolio growth and returns
- Fluency in English (essential), additional European language skills (desirable)
