Main Responsibilities:
  • Key member of the Executive Management Team responsible for setting business strategies and goals
  • Assist with formulating, establishing and implementing investment strategies, including the implementation of financing strategies
  • Assist the Investment Directors with deal sourcing and relationship management
  • Utilise previous experience and contacts to provide market information and advice relating to structuring and execution of investments to drive growth and build AUM
  • Review and analyse investment opportunities presented as part of the investment committee for formal approval
  • Provide leadership, inspiration and direction
  • Build, motivate and gain the commitment of a highly competent and professional investment team
  • Maintain strong relationships with key investors and joint-venture partners

Background
  • Demonstrable track record of real estate investment across a number of key markets (e.g., UK, Dach, Western European and CEE)
  • Min 15-20+ years relevant real estate investment experience
  • Demonstrable track record in all asset classes - this could be across logistics, beds or commercial assets
  • Strong experience on operational real estate required
  • Sound leadership and management skills with impeccable integrity
  • Demonstrable success in developing, articulating and designing strategies and structures to optimize property/portfolio growth and returns
  • Fluency in English (essential), additional European language skills (desirable)
