A top London-based Wealth Management company is looking for a contract Wealth Management Project Manager to work on projects across the front and middle office, across both Business Change and IT Change
This will be working closely with the client facing Investment Management, Financial Planning and Intermediary teams
Working initially on 2 large initiatives, 1 tech-focused piece of work involving systems decommissioning and 1 business-focused project focused on Regulatory - Sanctions. Sanctions / Payments Screening, Client On-Boarding.

This will be working closely with the client facing Investment Management, Financial Planning and Intermediary teams
Working initially on 2 large initiatives, 1 tech-focused piece of work involving systems decommissioning and 1 business-focused project focused on Regulatory - Sanctions. Sanctions / Payments Screening, Client On-Boarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Programme lead, Business Analysts and stakeholders to define new initiatives
- Lead project scoping, business case composition where required, initiation and delivery activity following appropriate governance processes as required
- Manage definition and delivery of appropriate project deliverables, carry out project reporting and run governance forums
- In the pursuit of this to engage with the Investment Management, Financial Planning, Intermediary and Operations team members carrying out various roles in the client facing team operating models
- Facilitate the preparation and delivery of any necessary education to end-users
- Carry out the preparation and execution of the agreed business roll-out of changes.
- Ensure effective communication of project progress/challenges to appropriate parties
- Assist with the undertaking of ad-hoc analysis into emerging business priorities as required (this leads to recognition of new pipeline initiatives)
Required:
- Strong Project Management / Programme Management experience
- Wealth Management experience
- Strong Business Change and IT Change experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing.
