Your team
You'll be working in the Business Continuity & Resilience (BCR) Team in London; we are responsible for ensuring that UBS is able to effectively identify and manage Business Continuity Risks which arise through engagement with our Third Parties. As a BCR Risk Specialist you'll play an important role in supporting our Shared Services Third-Party BCM team as well as drive the implementation of our Business Continuity & Resilience strategy and respond to a vibrant regulatory environment.

Your expertise
• ideally, you will have experience in identifying risks and driving remediating actions to safeguard us
• analytical and are comfortable working with data but can also see the bigger picture and translate this into clear and concise management information
• innovative, can understand complex problems and bring solutions for syndication with your stakeholders
• team-orientated, and are good at building networks and connections with colleagues at all levels across multiple teams and regions
• a great communicator, (and you know how to handle challenging situations) with experience of stakeholder engagement
