Job Purpose Statement

The role sits within the Project Management Office (PMO) team in Asset Management Technology, which provides oversight, tracking and support of a large, varied and complex change agenda. This role holder will the assist in the governance of the CTI portfolio, aiding program manager and project managers in delivering change whilst adhering to wider the Enterprise Program Management Office standards.

CTI recently acquired BMO GAM and are on a multi-year journey to integrate the two businesses so it's an exciting time to join the team as the function grows and evolves to support the expanding company.

Role Responsibilities

How you'll spend your time....
  • Co-ordination with the Project teams to ensure key project artifacts are in place and to the required level of quality (i.e. Plans, RAID logs, Status reports)
  • Collation of project data for portfolio reporting and preparing necessary presentation materials for various governance forums and senior leadership meetings
  • Perform assurance and health checks on large programmes and projects
  • Ensure projects adhere to delivery frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
  • Monitor project financials, progress, dependencies
  • Providing administrative support as needed to the wider team (meeting minutes, actions
  • Deputise for the PMO manager when required
