A leading investment management firm is seeking a Fund Accountant to support them with their rapid growth and expansion in the market.
This Fund Accountant will be involved in supporting on new and existing funds as well as liaising heavily with the investment team on a frequent basis.

This Fund Accountant will be involved in supporting on new and existing funds as well as liaising heavily with the investment team on a frequent basis.
Responsibilities include:
- Act as a number 2 to the Fund Accounting Manager and aid in the supervision of a team of Fund Accountants
- Preparing and Review monthly Management Accounts including the analysis and reconciliation of Balance Sheet and Income Statement General Ledger items
- Produce and review monthly Management Information, including liquidity forecasts, Fund Analysis and Performance to both external client and internal Investment Management Teams
- To assist with valuations, capital expenditure, purchasing and sales
- Aid in reviewing annual statutory Financial statements and liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure audits are completed in an accurate and efficient manner
- Liaise with other key teams across the business as well as key external stakeholders
Key requirements:
- Studying for ACCA/ACA qualification (or equivalent)
- An interest in funds and an understanding of the market
- Analytical mindset and technically strong
- Previous experience working with real estate funds will be advantageous
