Credit Risk Analyst - Spanish/Portuguese Speaking

Redstone Legal, Risk & Compliance Search are working with a global commodity OTC & brokerage firm located in Covent Garden, London, who are looking for a Credit Risk Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Prepare fundamental and financial analysis and credit memos and statements for clients.
• Communicate credit limits to various teams and ensure that all credit limits are approved and updated.
• Manage client's credit portfolio and monitor trading performance of clients.
• Ensure onboarding criteria is met, assist in optimising credit data analytics and systems, and develop a modern approach to credit risk management.
• Role reports into Head of Credit Risk

Key Qualifications / Experience

• Over 2 years' experience in credit risk analysis of financial statements, background in commodities is advantageous, CFA, FRM, CAIA or equivalent qualifications are also considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of commodity markets, specifically soft commodities, would be beneficial.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is mandatory.
• Previous experience with Python, VBA and SQL is an advantage.
• Candidate to be based in London, England.
