My client is a leading global data analytics and brand consulting company. They help clients understand people and inspire growth by providing insights and actionable recommendations, worldwide in over 90 different markets using AI and machine learning. This role sits with a part of the business that is a leader in their market in measuring and advising on consumer and shopper behaviour - the division is receiving huge investment to create a platform for clients to improve external relations and internal efficiency through data analytics and they are implementing across 7 different regions with 5 left to go.
A Change Manager will manage the delivery of the change and change readiness across each global region. It will build on already existing work and respect the existing practices/procedures for each region, and require an approach driven by client needs and the requirement to work with both local & global teams to manage change.

A Change Manager will manage the delivery of the change and change readiness across each global region. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Orchestrate and oversee the change management approach for the regions, in line with overall market readiness plans
- Ensure all change plans are linked to and consider client expectations
- Conduct change management impact assessment across regions in line with adoption plans.
- Work to understand & implement changes for operations, client services & technical teams
- Work in partnership with the regional project manager to ensure all change components and tasks are included in one regional plan.
- Work in partnership with the Global Knowledge, Global Communications and other Global Leads as appropriate - to ensure all training and communication activity is aligned to each region.
- Engage with the Implementation Leads in each region to understand specific regional requirements ensuring ongoing alignment with the market to address evolving needs
- Educate the Implementation Leads in each region in the change management aspects of their role and have the required tools and artefacts to aid their change management.
- Ensure change is delivered in an integrated way against the regional plan in accordance with the agreed change approach
- Define, refresh and implement the overall change management plan covering pre go-live, go-live and post go-live periods
- Monitor change readiness via surveys/qualitative assessments in conjunction with regional teams
SKILLS
- Extensive change management delivery in similarly complex environments
- Very good understanding and experience of change management delivery and approaches, ideally, as part of an IT or digital transformation programme
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills to deal with a diverse stakeholder group
- Strong project and programme management skills and capabilities to manage and control change deliverables
- Experience of working in complex, cross-boundary environments
- Solid understanding of programme governance, reporting and KPIs
- Excellent experience of working in partnership at all levels of an organisation
- Strong influencing and collaboration skills developed working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong and independent judgement
- Good experience of change impact assessment and change readiness assessments
- Experience of a range of change approaches and how they can be applied to meet the programme needs
