We ' re looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our e nterprise design team to contribute to our flagship product , Aladdin Wealth. You will be joining a product team with a start-up feel and a global impact. Aladdin Wealth provides wealth managers with an integrated suite of experiences for users that range from front-line financial advisors to the Chief Investment Officer at the home-office. Aladdin Wealth was born four years ago as a BlackRock hackathon project and has rapidly expanded as a product used by the largest wealth managers in the world. We are passionate about the potential of our technology to improve financial outcomes for our clients . The Role

As a Product Designer on the Aladdin Wealth Enterprise team, you'll own the quality of product design experiences for home office users of Aladdin Wealth end-to-end , from brainstorming the next product feature to putting the finishing touches on a design before launching it to users across the globe . You'll w ork with partners in engineering, product management , research, product marketing, and business development and use a wide variety of user experience, interaction design and visual design skills to enhance existing product experiences, innovate new features a s well as expand our design system.

Role/Responsibilities:

• Understand business objectives, desired outcomes , and user needs to create innovative product designs in collaboration with designers, product managers, engineers, partners, and clients

• You'll design everything from high level flows, detailed wireframes, high fidelity mockups, or clickable prototypes to express your vision.
• C onduct usability testing to validate design directions and inform new thinking for key features.
• Clearly present your designs and rationale to our partners and other stakeholders
• Be the expert on trends in consumer and enterprise financial product design and bring that expertise into the craft of creating Aladdin Wealth product designs

Basic Qualifications:

• A portfolio that demonstrates a high level of visual polish and highlights your decision-making ability, with projects that you directly influenced all stages of the product design process ( i.e. ideation, testing, iteration, etc.)
• 3 + years ofexperience in a similar design role, delivering data-heavy enterprise software as part of a multi-functional team including engineering, design, and product management
• Strong UX designskillset, including identifying problem statements and hypotheses, wireframing, testing, synthesis, iteration, prototyping.

• Experience integrating user feedback in your design process across multiple product releases
• Experience producing specs, assets and documentation for development and conducting visual QA of in-production designs.
• Prototyping skills with tools such as Sketch, InVision , Figma.
• Solid understanding of elements of visual design: Typography, Iconography, Color Theory, Layout and Composition
• Experience applying and contributing to a design system

Bonus Qualifications:

• Prior experience creating products in the financial technology space such as banking, payments, wealth management, investing etc.
• Experience creating data visualizations and/or designing products that have innovated in visualizing large datasets.
