Recruitment & Talent Attraction Specialist EMEA

Responsibilities:

Experienced recruitment manager with proven track record in implementing and executing recruitment strategies
Strong external network and connections with key recruitment partners, agencies and / or vendors across financial and / or technology organisation
Ability to work independently and get hands on to execute and make progress
Strong relationship management skills, highly responsive and adaptive communication skills (you will need to speak to potential candidates as part of this role)
Background in Technology recruiting is essential, across any industry context and not limited to Financial Services

Requirements:

Research and market map to proactively build strategic talent pipelines and increase our diversity balance
Build relationships with hiring managers, HR partners and external vendors
Creatively leverage and tailor social media and external communities and / or events to build brand awareness
Use data and insights to solve business recruitment demand and improve end or end requirement process
Drive the junior talent strategy including diversity etc in the UK and influence globally
