What's in it for you: S&P Global is seeking a Senior Recruiter. This role is responsible for helping drive the full recruiting strategy for S&P Ratings in the region. The role will deliver continuous improvements in the quality, time and cost of hiring and will be key in delivering business results. You will be an expert in your business knowledge and be able to provide two-way information sharing and close alignment with the Lead Recruiter. You be accountable for attraction, sourcing, interviewing and closing processes in the region. This position will sit in London, UK.

Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for recruiting across S&P Ratings, throughout all of EMEA and across all job families.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and business unit leaders understand requirements, source and deliver high caliber candidates for roles across EMEA.
  • Provide expert advice, data and recommendations to Hiring Managers to support key recruiting decisions.
  • Provide interview guidelines and advice to Hiring Managers, including facilitating interview training when needed.
  • Educate and influence business leaders and HR to change current practices, where necessary, and promote recruitment best practices.
  • Work within predefined recruitment processes while monitoring that process to identify, recommend areas to improve and to ensure best practices at all times.
  • Manages projects including email marketing, competitor organizational chart mapping, mapping professional and alumni associations, social media, cold calling, and social activities.
  • Maintain strong understanding of S&P business and industry.
  • Focus on new and innovative techniques to ensure a positive candidate experience, for both hired and declined candidates, to reinforce the S&P brand reputation.
  • Work with Rewards, Legal, Benefits, Relocation and Immigration in an effective, efficient manner.
What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years' of EMEA recruitment experience in house or a hybrid of recruitment agency experience and in house required.
  • Experience recruiting within Financial Services, Ratings, Asset Management, Corporate and Investment Banking or Financing sector.
  • Strong understanding of Ratings, Credit Research, or Fixed Income instruments in general.
  • Strong relationship management skills, agility, and ability to pivot from one role to the next.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and generate quick and positive outcomes.
  • Expert in all direct sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate across organization boundaries.
  • Fluency in a European language is a plus.
