An M&A boutique in London is looking for an Associate Director to work closely with the Director and Partner, and to help continue to drive the growth of the business.

The firm advises clients on buy-side/sell-side transactions and fund-raising across the range of sectors, with transaction sizes ranging from £10m-£200m. They have had a successful start to the year and have a strong pipeline moving forward, working on increasingly larger deals.

As an Associate Director, you will work closely with the Director and Partner, leading transactions from origination through to completion, developing long-term relationships with clients and building your own network. You will be managing a team of Analysts through to Manager, providing support, feedback and encouraging career development.

The successful candidate will ideally be ACA/ACCA/CFA qualified or equivalent, with proven experience of managing and leading transactions from origination through to completion. You will have c. 5 years' post qualification experience gained within a Big 4/Top 10 M&A team or boutique investment bank.

We are looking for a strong executor who wants to take their career to the next level, gain more hands-on experience with clients, and who is keen to develop and build their own network. You will have a huge level of autonomy with the support of the wider team, and having fostered a genuinely collaborative, friendly a supportive environment they provide a platform to progress both personally and professionally.
