Investment associate - Consumer On Business
We are currently working with a fantastic, London based growth consumer online business.
They are now looking to add an investment associate to their team who will work on the execution of acquisitions for the firm.
Your Daily Challenges
• Identify M&A opportunities, evaluate them and present them in form of investment cases
• Perform financial due diligence to ensure profitable investment opportunities
• Manage risks
• Prepare and deliver presentations, marketing pitches and other materials to key
• Valuing analysis of the prospects
• Liaise with potential sellers on the terms, while maintaining good relationships
• Ensure smooth transition of the asset from the seller to the fund
• Support their growth and tech teams for developing roadmap of the acquired assets
Candidate background:
• Experience in M&A from a private equity firm, bank or advisory firm
• Deep understanding of the M&A process and the transaction cycle
• Experience in tech environment is highly appreciated
• Advanced financial modelling skills
• Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills
• Solid deal/transaction execution and/or project management skills
• Bachelor of Business, Commerce, Law or similar. A CFA, CA or similar is a bonus
