Transformation & Integration Business Analyst
Venn Group are partnered with some investment banks in London to drive forward transformation within their Project Management function, accommodating for external regulatory pressures in conjunction with internal drives to transform and improve organisational efficiency.
We are recruiting for a Business Analyst to join a dynamic Global Transformation Programme, maintaining responsibility for interdisciplinary projects, working with Risk, Compliance, IT, Finance, and Projects departments.
The overarching goal of this programme is to strategically align multiple banking offices' project management initiatives, project delivery standards, and global cohesion.
Projects will focus on interpreting and managing Transformation and Integration initiatives across the business; candidates can expect to be involved in projects ranging in duration from 6-months to 5-years.
Candidates with experience overseeing and analysing mergers and/or acquisitions would have applicable experience.
Therefore, candidates must display the ability to take ownership for workstream analysis within project deliveries, managing multiple converging project deadlines, liaise with and update stakeholders throughout delivery, and communicate updates to achieve successful delivery within deadlines.
Individuals are expected to gather requirements, produce BRDs, conduct detailed gap analysis, and define project plans and milestones. They must prioritise and balance the objectives within the wider Finance Change Management team, accounting for simultaneous projects across the bank's Regulatory Change function. Therefore, it is expected that the role holder will have managed multiple simultaneous projects.
