You are
  • A highly analytical approach to analysis & problem-solving, with an attention to detail
  • Experienced in Agile software development, with significant experience as a scrum master, writing user stories, running kick-offs, conducting retrospectives etc
  • Keen to learn by collaborating with top talent in finance to understand their sophisticated business processes.
  • Comfortable working with project managers, product managers, technical leads, business owners and developers through the whole PDLC
  • A good communicator; you can convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • An experienced collaborator, used to working with individuals from diverse business and cultural backgrounds.


You have:
  • 6+ years as Business Analyst on software development projects
  • 3+ years performing the role of Scrum Master
  • Strong interest in financial markets and experience working in financial institutions
  • Good interpersonal, problem-solving and planning skills, including ability to balance opposing priorities
  • experience in business process diagram, functional specifications, user acceptance test plans
  • experience in Business Process Re-engineering, Data Analysis and Data Modelling, SQL
  • a familiarity with system design concepts
  • Experience in writing user stories, making presentations, coordinating UAT with collaborators, end user training and product demos.
  • Experience of working in globally distributed team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and communicate up and down the organisation
