About our client
This is a super exciting specialist fund investing in a sector we all know and love. It invests in high growth companies, where its specialist knowledge can support and work closely with management teams. With a second fund secured, it's looking to the future by adding an experienced investor relations / fundraising professional to join the team. You'll initially help manage relationships with its existing LP's and will prepare for fund three, and other investment products to branch into. This is a super team of people with high EQ, ambition and positive energy.

What the job involves:
  • Help the managing partner with all LP reporting
  • Actively manage LP relationships through the lifecycle of a fund
  • Prepare all marketing materials for additional fundraisings
  • Research the LP universe, systematically approach those most likely to be interested in the fund, and help with the fundraising once formally launched
  • Alongside the partners considered new products to launch, background research around these options, and the feasibility of launching a fund

What we are looking for
  • Experience of fundraising for PE/VC/Infra funds - this could be within a VC/PE/Infra fund, or placement agent
  • A strong understanding of relationship management and investor reporting
  • This would suit someone looking for a full or part-time role
  • A strong team player who wants to work in a positive, action-orientated environment
  • Must be based in the UK at present
