We are currently working with an Elite Independent Investment Bank who are seeking to hire a Junior Associate for their London-based ECM Advisory team. The role focuses mainly on Northern European deals, across the UK, Scandinavia and Germany. They tend to see a lot of technology, healthcare and energy sector transactions. A flat team-structure with great diversity within the team; You will gain fantastic exposure to origination and execution of ECM transactions.
Responsibilities:
• Involved in ECM coverage effort for a variety of corporate clients across industries (primarily technology sector)
• Assisting with preparation of origination / marketing materials to pitch presentation ideas to clients
• Prepare ECM pitch and presentation materials
• Drafting Equity Market updates to corporate clients regularly
• Research and analysis, to conduct investor-targeting exercises
Qualifications:
• 4/6 years ECM experience, working in an Investment Bank or Boutique environment
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• German or Dutch native speakers would be desirable
