ESG product lead

This is a brand new role to support the growth of a leading ESG solution for private capital fund managers. You will ideally have experience of data analysis or business analysis and a good understanding of financial data.

You do not need experience of private equity, but you should be able to demonstrate a broad knowledge of financial markets. This is a client-facing role, working for a top financial software firm in alternative assets - you must be comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels across an organisation. You will be passionate and well-informed around ESG topics and be committed to ongoing learning and development in this field.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to gather feedback and inform future development of the ESG product
• Defining requirements for new features and guiding them through development. You will be comfortable liaising with developers to help translate business requirements into technical briefs
• Provide advise and consulting support for clients who would like to learn more about the ESG solution
• Using subject matter expertise of ESG to contribute to the development of product literature to support roll-out of new features, including user manuals, webinars, training materials and presentations.
