Consumer Banking
Our Consumer business, Marcus by Goldman Sachs, serves millions of customers across multiple products including lending, deposits, and financial tools. Our goal is to build a leading consumer digital-banking platform and to do this we have two self-reinforcing consumer strategies: direct, where we serve consumers through Marcus, and embedded, where we deliver our products through partner ecosystems. Our partners include Apple, GM, Amazon, Walmart, and Jet Blue and we are in active dialogue with additional companies operating in the consumer economy.
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
• We are actively seeking a motivated Mobile Developer with some industry experience
• The ideal candidate is an individual contributor, positive team player and willing to get things done.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills will be crucial since the candidate must be able to gather requirements as well as influence and gain consensus for their designs with the global technology team

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• 1+ years of practical experience in iOS programming
• Knowledge of Swift
• Knowledge of Xcode
• Passion for quality and attention to detail
• Strong opinions loosely held

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor in Software Engineering, Computer Science or the equivalent in demonstrable work experience
• Active on Github or StackOverflow
• Experience with Realm
• Experience with Cocopods and/or Carthage
• Appreciation of design and knowledge of Apple HIG (human interface guidelines)
• Computer science fundamentals
