Commercial Finance Manager - Property Investment & Development

It will suit an individual who is either ACA or ACCA qualified who wants to broaden their expertise and get stuck into a series of financial issues that will only provide greater knowledge.

The Successful Candidate will be expected to become involved with the following activities:

• Cash Flow monitoring
• Equity & Loan funds
• Help review of Joint Venture partners budgets vs actual spend on pre planning costs
• Equity provision - commodity trade oversight
• Update of monthly bank cash flow templates
• Monthly Development loan draw-downs/Utilisation Requests
• Lease-up Stabilisation
• Monthly update/review of full deal structure cash flow
• Cash distribution/dividend payment forecast
• Weekly review of cash balances for all project bank accounts
• Loan Compliance Monitoring and Reporting
• Covenant monitoring
• Update of summary debt overview for new financings
• Financial Management Reporting
• Compliance certificate reporting Tax compliance
• Monthly/quarterly review & recommendation of VAT returns

The new appointee will report to the Finance Director and will work with a smart, well managed finance team. There will also be daily interaction with the Head of Finance and the Portfolio & Analysis Director, amongst others. The Finance Manager will be at the heart of the business and will receive lots of support and encouragement from all parties. Equally it is vital that that this individual is able to show the same mind-set & work in a practical & effective manner for the good of the organisation.
