This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to be part of transforming the High-Net-Worth business, focusing on three key objectives:
1. Optimise front and middle office processes and deliver solutions that improve productivity increasing the capacity of investment managers and financial planners and allowing them to manage larger, more lucrative client accounts.
2. Re-engineer advice and investment management processes to become a more integrated business (including introduction of suitability reliance), allowing greater focus on revenue generation.
3. Enhance the WM client and intermediary experience through digital capabilities.
The output will be a target end-state business architecture for an integrated, digitally enabled HNW business delivering a client-led growth outcome.
The successful candidate will have specific experience in leading business change projects and the ability to be hands on when the work requires.

About the Role
Our Project Manager's lead and manage business and IT change projects. You will be responsible for the successful achievement of project outcomes within the key constraints of time, cost, quality and risk.
In this role you will support the Change delivery portfolio plan within the defined business function ensuring appropriate services and solutions are proposed, planned, and delivered in alignment with the defined portfolio outcomes.
You will utilise best practices to ensure Change projects are effectively defined, planned, resourced and delivered in alignment with the overall business function requirements.
Inputting and actively participating in the 'Community of Practice' to shape improved or new ways of working in relation to change delivery.
You will manage project delivery and ensure it is aligned to and delivered in accordance with Quilter policy, standards, and 'Community of Practice' guidelines.
You will lead Change projects for a specific business function, working in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure delivery in line with agreed milestones, priorities, standards, and budget.
Ensuring project plans are produced, maintained, has appropriate detail, and aligned to the project plan. Project delivery will be managed through clearly defined metrics and KPIs.
Define project organisation structures and resourcing models, planning the approach with consideration for the dependencies and constraints in line with the agreed governance process, standards, and reporting.
Manage project risks and issues, ensuring that they are impact-assessed, mitigated, and escalated where appropriate.
Monitor the project performance, progress against milestones, appropriateness, and quality of work, taking necessary corrective action.
You will have the opportunity to develop and coach resources assigned to the project, providing input into performance reviews and support to expand their capabilities and skillsets.
You will look after the project budget, providing appropriate guidance and decision making.
Prioritising and managing capacity of the Project Delivery teams, deploy internal/external sourced resource to balance demand, efficiency and ensure the effective delivery of Change and Services.
You will manage relationships with stakeholders to resolve issues and develop solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
About You
The successful candidate will be experienced in managing multiple projects and be confident in complex project delivery. You will use 3rd Parties (both for delivery and management of) for a variety of subject matters within the Financial Services industry. Experience in Financial Services is desirable but not essential.
You will have strong knowledge of budgeting, resource allocation and project planning presentation skills.
A wealth of knowledge of IT Software Development Lifecycles, associated methodologies, and their practical application.
You will be well versed in managing 'Virtual' teams across function, businesses, and geographies.
You will have in-depth knowledge of and be able to demonstrate the application of different project delivery methodologies including Agile.
We are looking for someone that has a APMQ or MSP or equivalent.
