Key Responsibilities:
  • Organising, completing, and confirming the precision of financial models and advanced valuation analyses
  • Interacting with clients and preparing deliverables
  • Retaining exclusive valuation databases
  • Managing frequent valuation projects with team members across various geographies
  • Writing valuation reports and presentations
  • Following the capital markets and evaluating any changes within the markets
  • Supporting the senior members of the Valuations team
  • Arranging marketing materials for meetings with potential clients

Qualifications
  • Strong preference for candidates from a Valuations, accounting or auditing background
  • Strong preference for candidates from Large Accounting firms
  • Exceptional analytic Knowledge with advanced understanding of financial statements and various valuation methodologies (DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis, etc.)
  • Proficiency at financial modeling with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong writing skills and experience with PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
  • Strong communication skills and experience interacting with teammates and clients
  • Effective organisational skills and the talent to manage people and work products
  • One to three years of professional experience in valuations, corporate finance, fixed income or accounting
